On 12 July 2026, some members of Henry’s biological and stepfamily gathered in South Australia to spend time together and remember Henry. Some travelled from Victoria and Western Australia to attend.
Throughout the day, family members shared memories and stories about Henry, reflected on his life, caught up after years apart, and enjoyed spending time together.
While the gathering was an opportunity to remember Henry following his passing, it was equally a chance to reconnect as a family and celebrate the relationships that continue across generations.
The day concluded with a meal together at the Salisbury Hotel.
The gathering was a fitting tribute to Henry and a reminder that, although he is gone, the family connections that remain continue to bring people together.
